The KTC – project combines modern design elements with industrial architectural raw expressions by uniting smooth structures with strong construction components. The building exterior combine’s mercury glass and MS frames paired with MS perforated sheets to which plaster corrugated sheets and paint are added to form a visual masterpiece. An organized selection of gray shades with light and dark tones produces industrial aesthetics through their contrast with white and rusty iron tones that achieve a contemporary look. White perforated sheet façades allow sunlight to enter the building space but also protect privacy through those openings creating practical and visual advantages. Different types of lights including profile lights, rope lights, garden lights, and wall lights produce dramatic shadow effects which make the structure more prominent as a whole. The KTC project successfully displays industrial power combined with contemporary design sensibilities from its Mardan location in the market.
