The house has been designed using modern, contemporary lines, giving the building a grand and exquisite look. Special attention has been given to utilising different volumes, which have been placed collaboratively to give the house a unique look while also making it spacious and comfortable. The concept of solar orientation has been given special attention to maximise the sun’s natural heat while minimising cooling and lighting costs.
